Flipkart Quick aims to deliver day-to-day essential in 90 minutes to prevent people from leaving their homes. The company is working to expand this service in Kolkata, Mumbai and other cities in a phased manner without putting the safety of their delivery partners at risk. Flipkart Quick was first launched in 2020. At that time, the retail giant was only offering necessary commodities like fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy, meat, grocery, mobiles, electronics, and baby care products. The company has now extended its offerings and are providing 90 minutes delivery for over than 3,000 products. With Flipkart Quick, customers will now be able to order daily essentials from the comfort of their homes. All the products ordered will be delivered within 90 minutes. Flipkart is also giving its customers a choice of booking slots to get items delivered during the available two-hour slots. Flipkart has already partnered with local vendors and will take help of logistic partners Shadowfax, and Ninjacart to make Flipkart Quick serve as an end-to-end ecosystem. All customers looking to order via Flipkart Quick are requested to check local restrictions on night curfew before placing orders in those time slots. Flipkart will not charge any delivery fee for the first order. Also, no delivery fee will be charged for orders Rs. 499
