Step 1: Open the Dropbox app. Step 2: Select the Account tab at the bottom-right corner of the screen. Step 3: Choose the Camera Uploads item from the menu. Step 4: Touch the button to the right of Use Cellular Data to turn it off. I have it turned off in the picture below.
