If the Group Messaging option won’t turn on, then try restarting your phone. You can do this by holding down the Power button on the right side of the phone, sliding the Slide to Power Off button to the right side of the screen, then waiting for about 30 seconds. You can then tap press and hold the Power button again until you see a white apple logo. You can add additional members to an iPhone group message by touching the name of the conversation at the top of the screen, selecting the button that says how many people are in the message, then tapping the Add Contact button. You will then be able to enter the contact name or phone number of the person that you would like to add to the conversation. If you open the Messages app, then tap the new message button at the top-right of the screen it will open a window where you can compose a message. You simply need to add a phone number or contact to the To field at the top of the screen, then continue adding more contact names or phone numbers until everyone that you wish to include in the group message is listed.
